Unroll your rug as soon as possible to allow it to settle naturally; temporary creases or fold lines are normal and usually disappear within a few days. Items of homeware including bedlinen, mattresses, and toppers, and pillows must be unused and in their original unopened packaging. This does not affect your statutory rights.
