Made from polypropylene with a flatweave reversible design and low pile. Gently unroll the rug on arrival to allow it to settle. Temporary creases or fold lines may appear but will naturally flatten within a few days. To speed this up, fold gently in the opposite direction, vacuum to loosen fibres, and place furniture on top. Regular foot traffic also helps the rug lay flat more quickly.

Items of homeware including bedlinen, mattresses, and toppers, and pillows must be unused and in their original unopened packaging. This does not affect your statutory rights.
