Unroll your rug promptly to allow it to settle; creases or fold lines are normal and will ease within a few days to a week. To speed this up, fold gently in the opposite direction, vacuum to loosen fibres, and place furniture on the rug or walk over it. For care, vacuum regularly and blot spills immediately. Avoid soaking or harsh chemicals, as natural jute fibres are sensitive to moisture. Professional cleaning is recommended to maintain texture and longevity.
