Best use: How to use: Brush your brows into your desired shape with the spoolie brush, and using the colour closest to your natural hair colour, gently stroke the pencil in the same direction, filling in any sections as needed with tiny hair like lines. Soften with spoolie if needed. Can be used to extend brows. Best used with This is a soft and luxurious powder formula that requires precision sharpener blades.
