FIXER Brow Pencil is a clear, universal brow wax fixer formula that shapes and styles your eyebrows. Its gel-gliding texture with soft application and natural matte finish creates immediately styled and conditioned brows that stays in place up to 24 hours. Use a spoolie brush to blend the texture and set eyebrows in place. The product is hypoallergenic. It doesn’t contain mineral oil and is paraffin, paraben and fragrance free. It’s vegan and clean.

Brush eyebrows upward with brush applicator, fill in with the pencil then brush and shape with applicator again afterwards. Ingredients: Dimethicone, Synthetic Wax, Octyldodecanol, Polybutene, Synthetic Fluorphlogopite, Cetearyl Behenate, Disteardimonium Hectorite, Sorbitan Olivate, Propylene Carbonate, Synthetic Beeswax, Pentaerythrityl Tetra-Di-T-Butyl.

Items of footwear and/or clothing must be unworn, unwashed with the original labels attached. Items of homeware including bedlinen, mattresses and toppers, and pillows must be unused and in their original unopened packaging. This does not affect your statutory rights. Also, footwear must be tried on indoors.
