THE FORMULA: Created specifically for the needs of blonde hair damaged from lightening, the Blonde+ Repair Pre-Shampoo Treatment contains a patent-pending Bond Building Plex technology. When following our Blonde+ Repair System, and using the Pre-Shampoo Treatment, Bond Building Shampoo and Bond Building Conditioner together, blonde hair is dramatically visibly repaired and 2 x brighter* and 2 x stronger* in just one use.
