Shake the bottle well before use. Spray generously and evenly onto exposed areas of the body before sun exposure. Reapply every 2 hours during periods of high exposure, after sweating, swimming, or towelling the skin. For optimal protection, apply the equivalent of 6 teaspoons 36g to cover the entire body of an average-sized adult.
