Start with Dry or Damp Hair: For best results, begin with clean, towel-dried or completely dry hair. Brush through gently to remove any tangles before turning the device on. Items of footwear and/or clothing must be unworn, unwashed with the original labels attached. Items of homeware including bedlinen, mattresses and toppers, and pillows must be unused and in their original unopened packaging. This does not affect your statutory rights.
