Clinique Quickliner for Lips in 07 Plummy glides on smoothly with a non-drying formula that helps prevent lipstick bleeding and feathering for clean, defined lips and comfortable all-day wear. The pencil does not need sharpening — extend only 3 mm (1/8") as it does not retract. Use the “dot-dot-dash” method for precise application: two dots on the upper lip’s bow, a dash on the lower lip, then connect. Replace the cap after use to protect the formula. Net weight 5 g.
