Clinique Quickliner For Eyes Intense is a long-wearing, transfer-resistant eye pencil in shade 09 Ebony. The smooth, self-sharpening formula glides on without tugging and includes a smudge-tip for soft, smoky looks. Water-resistant and ophthalmologist tested. To use: swivel up only 1/8-inch, line eyes and use the tool on the opposite end to gently smudge to desired effect. Allow colour to set for 60 seconds for best transfer-resistance. Recap securely after use. Can be worn alone or over eyeshadow; remove with eye makeup remover.
