It features a built-in smudge-tip to soften lines for a smoky look, plus a self-sharpening twist-up design that only extends. Water-resistant and ophthalmologist-tested. To use: swivel up only 1/8 inch, line eyes, then use the smudge tool to blend as desired. Allow colour to set for 60 seconds for best transfer-resistance. Recap securely after use. Can be worn alone or over eye shadow; remove with eye makeup remover.
