For best results use as part of your daily morning routine. We would recommend cleansing your face and hair using our Hemp Beard Wash. Then apply the oil once your face is dry. You can also apply the balm at night before you go to bed. You can alternate using the oil and the balm or you can use the balm to seal in moisture after applying the oil. Our Hemp Skin Cream is deeply moisturising, fast drying, non Sticky and can alleviate Acne symptoms. Suitable for sensitive skin. Daily use recommended.
