The large storage area can be easily accessed with the help of the included gas lift pistons, once the bed is open the mechanism will hold in place allowing hands free access to the large storage area. The storage area features a fabric dust protector so stored items are not in direct contact with the floor. The mechanism can lift mattresses of up to 60kg in weight. The bed is self-assembled, no tools required average build time is 90 – 120 minutes. 2 person assembly is recommended.
