The hot water bottle holds 2 litres of water and measures approximately 72 x 14 cm. Open the filling cap and fill the bottle about two thirds full with hot water, never boiling. Do not overfill the bottle. Always ensure the cap is securely fastened before use. Place the bottle inside a suitable cover before use to protect your skin and retain heat safely.
