“Refund was approved and back in my account the same day.” - Deliver+ customer
Practical and versatile backpack designed for everyday use, with a comfortable rucksack style that’s perfect for work, shopping, days out, and travel. Spacious enough for your daily essentials, it combines effortless style with convenience and hands-free comfort.
To clean a handbag at home, first, empty and dust it out using a vacuum or lint roller. For most bags, use a damp cloth and a mild soap solution, wringing out excess water before gently wiping the surface. For leather bags, apply a leather conditioner after drying, and for fabric bags, spot clean stains and allow them to air dry completely.
Something not quite right? You have 21 days from the day you receive it, to send something back.
Please note, we cannot offer refunds on fashion face masks, cosmetics, pierced jewellery, adult toys, and swimwear or lingerie if the hygiene seal is not in place or has been broken.
Items of footwear and/or clothing must be unworn and unwashed with the original labels attached. Also, footwear must be tried on indoors. Items of homeware including bedlinen, mattresses, and toppers, and pillows must be unused and in their original unopened packaging. This does not affect your statutory rights.
